There is so much, or little to do at the lodge depending on what you want. The Samburu area is renowned for their “Samburu Special Five” which are unique to the area as well as the warm hospitality of the local Samburu people.
As the sun disappears, guests can enjoy a traditional Samburu celebration ceremony in the reserve’s natural rock amphitheatre, where the sounds of Morani dancers echo and fill the night air, accompanied by a sumptuous starlit Bush BBQ dinner under the African sky. For one night why not go fly camping into the far reaching areas of the conservancy – this is a fantastic activity for guests who want to experience an unforgettable night under the stars.
